Caring Matters Holds First Franchisee Appreciation Dinner
Caring Matters holds its first Franchisee Appreciation dinner in Baltimore, MD at Flemmings Steakhouse on Tuesday, November 2nd, 2011 with over twenty team members in attendance.
Caring Matters is a leader in the In Home Care market providing great services to customers consistently for over ten years. The company is based on a core philosophy of working closely with clients to provide great care, even if they don’t have the means to pay for premium level services. Through working closely with government funded programs and clients, Caring Matters has developed great relationships with State and County officials who oversee these programs and are always looking for quality In Home Care providers.
The organization was founded in Reading, PA and today has franchised out to three different states in the Northeastern United States. With seven franchise locations through the region, the organization has expanded quickly and efficiently by partnering with qualified franchise partners in key markets.
Each of the Caring Matters franchise partners brings a unique and dedicated passion to In Home Care through diverse experiences and a personal devotion to great client care. Franchisees have been joining the Caring Matters family since May of 2011, the company is aiming to have over 30 franchise partners by the end of 2012. With this kind of significant growth, it is essential that Caring Matters continue to deliver high quality and close-knit franchise support. It is through this support and governance that the franchise system will continue to flourish and expand throughout the United States.
As part of this support, there is a need for regular franchise meetings and networking events that bring the Caring Matters family together for team discussions and planning sessions such as the dinner meeting held in Baltimore this week.
